Dà © jà vu, a French word meaning "already seen", is a phenomenon where you felt that you knew before, the term invented by à ‰ mile Boirac, a French scientist in psychic phenomena. This experience includes the smell (sensational taste sight, hearing, touch), or memory-based (if you feel like you've had that thought in your mind before, but forgot when). The feeling is somewhat strange, and it feels like something or someone ring your bell. About 70% of the world admit that they experienced at least Dà © jà seen once in their life. (So, I'm sure you have a similar experience too)
There are tons of explanation of Dà © jà saw there, scientific or spiritual, but listed here only 4 explanations:
1. Psychological phenomenon
Dà © jà vu is simply memory recall happens in your brain where the memory of your subconscious, back in a coup. That's why you get a sense of familiarity, but you do not remember exactly when and where. It happened, and what you mentioned is true.
2. Neurochemical response
Dà © jà Vu could be an error in the neurochemical effect, where the chemicals in your brain and mingle produce false impulse that triggers the memory that does not exist. The things you see / Remember to Da © jà vu is so untrue, but you can not really know, because you never know when and what has gone wrong in your brain.
3. Precognitive experience
Sometimes things you see or feel is not the past or the present, there are actually things you expect in the future. This was confirmed to be true in some cases Dà © jà vu, where the scenes in those who have Dà © jà vu is actually happening. Possible scientific explanation for this would be crossing the timeline, or more preferable to the psychological sense that you feel is going to happen. This is true in the sense that when you feel that something will happen, you generate images that you predict it will happen and therefore Dà © jà vu
4. Past-Life Experience / Dream
Spiritually, if one actually believes in the soul as life after death and reincarnation, one says Dà © jà vu is actually the rewinding tape of what you see as a soul. People also believes that the soul travels outside your body when you sleep, and what you see / experience is being recorded as the dream where the memory will not last long. When the soulful "experience" revisited, you get Dà © jà vu.
There's really tons of explanation out there that makes some sense and some do not. Judge it with your own rationality.
